So, I've seen these screen caps in a few different places and just thought to myself that I don't think I've ever actually seen it. So, does anyone know if it's available or been uploaded here before, or even if it isn't? Thanks a lot!
This is by far one of my favorite shows i've been too! i had been searching for videos from this show. There was a few but they were on ***********. I emailed the owner of these videos and a year later i finally got a response yesterday. He hooked me up with the original files from his camera, so i could post them here. So thanks SCOTTS949! you are amazing!
He only recorded 3 songs, Strength Through Wounding, Totalimmortal and A Single Seceond.
unfortunatly he didnt record Now the World and all the other rare songs they played that show, but they are still awesome. The only STS song they played was Girls Not Grey.
Hey Someone have these songs??? [Sorry if my english is so bad]
The Spoken Word (unmastered) Bleed Black (unmastered) This Celluloid Dream (unmastered) This Celluloid Dream (Demo) The Great Disappointment (Demo) Paper Airplanes (Demo) ...but home is nowhere (Demo) The Leaving Song (demo) Head Like a Hole [unmastered]
Sorry If They're Alot, u.u, But I'm looking for them
Apparently, the version of Miss Murder in GHIII is an alternate, slightly rougher mix. For example, there are a few elements missing, things are mixed differently, and there are a few things audible in this version which are not quite as prominent in the album mix.
This is not a recording of the game audio, so there is no audience noise or game sound effects. These are from a GHIII to Frets On Fire conversion which was posted on a torrent site. I manually mixed the multitracks in Audition. Without further ado; the link: http://sharebee.com/97927d16 Filename: afi-missmurder-ghiii.mp3 Size: 5.91 MB
Amazing show ripped by bandit999 from PunkTorrents. An amazing show from December 29th 1995. Blonde Davey wearing a gold jacket, black baseball cap. Playing Key Lime Pie (!!!), GNR's Mr. Brownstone, Open Your Eyes with The Force's Matt Wedgley, premiering Aspirin Free and File 13. Two Of a Kind, oh well, a must have show thanks to bandit999!
This is the show where the infamous Davey Rap happens.
I'm not sure if it's the right forum but anyway....
[archive site] might or might not be stealing/reposting rips without your permission. I know I've seen mine there. I've also seen some videos from the Nokia theater show that I've seen here but I don't remember if it was an afiseries exclusive but anyway....MAKE SURE YOU WATERMARK YOUR VIDEOS!
Link removed to avoid publicity - if you supply videos and wish to check you may email me ixnay @ afiseries dot com and I can link that way.
So I finally got around to getting my videos uploaded. I just picked a place from the list that's stickied in this forum. It was impossible to hold the camera very steady. The sound is pretty crappy. We were just too close, and my camera was too shitty to handle drums and bass. When you can hear, you usually hear the crowd over Dave, haha. I saw a video that sounded like they completely deleted out any bass, and you could hear Dave and the guitar very well. Does anyone know how to do this and is willing to try it for me, to make my videos sound better? Is it even possible to make them sound better once they're so fucked up? Haha.
This is the first thing I ever filmed with this camera. He's almost over our head at some point. It sucks that the crowd is so dark, because you can't really even see him. You can kinda see the white of the mic, and when someone takes a pic, you can see a flash of tatted arm, or maybe his pants, haha.
Very first time they played it! I missed the first line, because I couldn't turn it on fast enough, and the batteries were blinking through the whole song. I barely made it to the end. I laugh at myself when I watch the end of this video. I jumped from Dave to Jade and back a million times, feeling totally silly as I filmed it, haha. But it worked!
I'm very disappointed in the sound, but oh well. You can hear us being dumb more than you can hear the band, haha. That sucks. Hearing us (among others) screaming for it, Dave leans over Mark and I and asks, "But Home is Nowhere?" but my camera is totally angled sideways and down, because I was just holding it out, haha. I did catch him when he pointed at us and said, "We've played it, you've seen us play it - and it SUCKS to sing." Haha. There's a part that's obviousy edited towards the beginning, because I was quite obnoxiously chanting "DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT!" over and over. Jade points at me and says, "That sounds like a USA chant." I really wasn't the only one doing it, though. I swear. I couldn't help it, the anticipation was killing us. The best parts of this video are when he runs out of breath after "empty", and when you can hear the crowd all screaming their lungs out over him. Also, of course, the part where he falls on the floor then gives a thumbs up, haha. I was going to edit the clip to end with that, but instead, I ended it with some guy screaming for a Misfits cover, and Dave saying, "Why would you make me do that shit?" At least I think that was directed towards the Misfits guy. Dan seems to think it was directed at us for making him sing BHIN. I think he's wrong. What is Jade saying afterwards?
Anyone have any videos from Street Scene 2004? I was there, great show. I've been looking for videos for years now with no luck, so maybe someone here will have some. If someone could find the videos of him stopping during some of the songs (Morningstar, I believe) and talking to the crowd, that would be amazing. I remember that was on the local news and everything, heh. Thanks!
