What's the chance some of these didn't make it onto Cex Cells first run and now gets a go on Bright Black Heaven? Bon Voyeurs really does just sound like On A Friday slightly redone.

I never go to the Blaqk Audio section of this forum, therefore I totally missed this.

Whoever's been saying it sounds a lot like On A Friday and Semiotic Love is absolutely right. If I were Jade, I would have used a different sound for the opening riff thing, just for variation. This sounds boring. It's alright, it's Blaqk Audio. I've found I've grown out of Cex Cells now. I used to think it was amazing but now I can only listen to a few songs at a time before getting bored because it is very monotonous. I also wish there was less fake-piano sound, it's just not my cup of tea. I sound really negative, I don't mean to, honest. I still think Mute is their best song, and it wasn't even an album track.

So I listened to BPM on my drive to Reno (don't judge) and I heard Bon Voyeurs once. I hadn't really realized how much it fit in with that music, I always thought BA was almost that sort of music, but not quite. It sounded awesome though biggrin.gif
